The Beginning…

Our business venture started with space… literally, an empty space. This was our spot in August 2016!

We encountered by chance, driving by on Imperial Hwy and passed a sign that read “La Floresta – A New Master plan Community, now selling”. Curiosity led us to check it out, and we were immediately drawn in by the well thought out community design. Whole Foods Market being the anchor store, and seemingly interesting shops on the horizon, should bring in a health conscious and open minded clientele. We knew that there will be new housing development that will attract a diverse population and support a variety of lifestyle, from seniors to millennial. More importantly, the energy felt right.

With an empty lot, some builder’s drawings, and a floor plan, we took a leap of faith and decided to go for it. And the creative process began….
